Okay, I'm pretty peeved. The dance, my senior prom--- IT SUCKED!!!! the music was horrable, all the girls i wanted to dance with had dates, or i whimped out. The decorating was awsome though, i really give kudos to the juniors for the beautiful decoration. but jeez, those djs sucked so BAD!!! it was unbelieveable, EVERY SONG WAS RAP, SAVE FOUR!!! I made a note to the DJs to play some rock, and they played ONE SONG! (which was awsome; "shook me all night long"). they also played some 80's dance tunes. And that one by Big n' Ritch. You know, "save a horse, ride a cowboy".... But consitering the dance was FOUR HOURS LONG, that was pretty pathetic. And don't think i was the only one feeling this way. True story: Derrick went up to them and asked if they had anything else other than rap, and the one guy said, quot: "uh, we have Hip-Hop." goddamn.
But don't worry about me, because the highlight of my night haden't even started yet-- after the dance Amanda, kristen, caylee, mitch, laura, isac, heather and I went to Denny's for some breakfast at midnight action, which was wicked fun. We all bitched about the dance, i carried on about what a dateless loser i was, and the best part about it was they play all rock and roll at denny's, so it was like post-crap-dance thearpy. wow, that was really fun.
After that, we were all super tired and full, so caylee, kristen, amanda, mitch and I headed over to caylee's house and spent the night there. We stayed up until like, three playing final fantasy X-2. This morning, (the morning after), amanda and mitch headed out, so julie woke up and decided to hang with us. We had breakfast and had a full-on game of Life. Yes, that's right folks, I, the master of all things computer, played a board game. wow, it's different! but, that was fun. I would have come in second place, but julie chose the crappy retirement home, and i chose the millionare estate. So i won. HA! After that we played Vice city, and apparently kristen and julie have never been exposed to one of rockstar's greatest games. That was fun to hear thier cries of shock!
Well, that was about it. I drove kristen back home, and almost went off the road on the way, cause there were WAY more potholes than i anticipated. but here i am, at my house, still in my fancy-clothes. yep. so..... bye!
